SwiftPets connects pet owners with trusted partners to provide international pet relocation and animal transport coordination.
Our online quote system helps customers receive an estimated cost and plan their pet relocation.
All quotes are estimates only until confirmed in writing by our team.
We reserve the right to update or adjust estimates if travel details, routes, or third-party costs change.
3. User Responsibilities
When submitting a quote or booking through our site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information about your pet, including species, breed, age, weight, and health status.
- Ensure that your pet meets the import, export, vaccination, and quarantine requirements of every country on the route.
- Do not book travel for an animal whose transport is prohibited or unlawful, and disclose any health or behavioural condition that may affect safe transport.
- Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about your request.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate details may affect your quote or cause delays during transit.
4. Our Responsibilities
SwiftPets will:
- Use reasonable care and skill in providing quotes and coordinating your pet’s travel arrangements.
- Communicate clearly with you about your pet’s travel status and any changes.
- Work only with verified logistics partners who follow data-protection and service-quality standards.
- Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about your request.
We act as a facilitator between you and our pet travel partners to help coordinate your pet’s journey efficiently. While we strive for smooth operations, certain steps in your pet's journey are managed by third-party providers.
5. Partner Network & Third-Party Services
SwiftPets partners with pet travel specialists, airline handlers, customs agents, and local delivery providers to complete your pet relocation.
Your information and your pet’s travel details are shared only with partners directly involved in fulfilling your booking.
Each partner is required by contract to protect your privacy and comply with all applicable data-protection laws.
Because transport, veterinary, quarantine, and destination collection services may be handled by independent providers, their own terms and conditions may also apply.
6. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
All quotes provided by SwiftPets are non-binding estimates based on the information you submit.
Final pricing may vary due to factors such as:
- Customs duties or inspection fees
- Changes in crate size, routing, or the number of animals travelling
- Veterinary, permit, quarantine, or special handling requirements
Full payment terms will be provided before confirming any booking.
SwiftPets reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or withdraw an offer before a booking is finalized.
7. Liability and Limitations
SwiftPets is committed to arranging every pet’s journey with care. However, certain risks are beyond our control.
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs inspections, weather, strikes, or third-party carriers
- Injury, illness, escape, or death while your pet is in the custody of independent carriers or agents, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (such as loss of profit or opportunity)
Customers are encouraged to discuss available pet travel cover and carrier liability options for additional protection.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence or misconduct as defined under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, and design elements on SwiftPets | International Pet Relocation Specialists are owned by SwiftPets and protected by intellectual-property laws
You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence or misconduct as defined under applicable law.
9. Website Use and Content
You agree to use our website responsibly and not to engage in activities that may harm its operation or security, such as hacking, data scraping, or spam.
